The YBM Group is a multi-country diversified business concern founded in 1990. The YBM Group is one of Yemeni's largest homegrown conglomerates with operations spanning several countries. While YBM grew its previous year history in  IT hardware-based/Software distribution business with multi-country presence thus defining a subset core experience. In these countries, additional support services and integrated software as well as customized solutions businesses were growing and needed a more focused and cohesive corporate group direction.

To provide this strategic focus, YBM was established to rationalize and define strategic roadmaps in the IT space of hardware and services.
